If you are interested in joining us as a school please note all schools will need to pay a £50 holding deposit for any type of group booking (this is deducted from your final entry ticket invoice) So for example if you’re wanting to compete in the group competition, wanting to perform in the non competitive group showcase or just coming to take the classes you will need to register your school to secure a place and benefit from the following perks:
- 24hr priority access to all masterclasses before they go on general release
- x4 free teacher tickets
- Entry wristbands delivered to your door, reducing queuing on entry
- 30 day payment term after submitting your entry requirements
For the Competition
- You can enter two groups into the competition – 1 Junior (ages 8 to 13) & 1 Senior (ages 14+). You only need to pay one £50 deposit even if you are entering 2 groups.
- There is a minimum of 6 dancers per group with a maximum of 40. All styles are welcome!
- All routines can be an absolute maximum of 3.5 minutes.
- Please collect your final ticket numbers and send them to us no later than 8 weeks before your chosen convention.
For the Non-competitive Group Showcase
For schools that don’t want to compete but still wish to perform a routine on the CYD? Regional & CYD? N.I main stage.
- Suitable for ages 5+ Mixed aged groups allowed. All styles & levels.
- Minimum of 6 dancers, maximum of 40 dancers.
- All routines can be an absolute maximum of 3.5 minutes.
- Please collect your final ticket numbers and send them to us no later than 8 weeks before your chosen convention.
For Group Bookings for the Masterclasses Only
- To make a group booking for for Masterclasses only, you will need a minimum of 10 dancers
